Princess is now retired from breeding after giving me 2 beautiful litters of puppies. She is available to a good home who really wants a "Best-Friend". She likes to romp, play, and snuggle, and is NOT a very social dog. She loves her family but, tends to be shy and reclusive with company or stranges. She is not aggressive with people but, can be aggressive toward other animals. She would do best as the only pet or with only one other pet (cat or small dog). She does Not enjoy being a part of our "Dog Pack" and though we love her, she deserves to be somebody's "Number 1" for the rest of her life. We really do love Princess but, life is busy and I have to let go of some of my dogs as there just aren't enough hours in the day. Princess is only available to a local home as she is too old to be very accepting of being shipped off to a strange place. I will miss Princess very much but, sometimes life makes you do things that are not easy. Please understand that Princess is only available to an approved home and to a person she likes. Princess's Addoption Fee is $600. I will hold $200 for 30 days to offer as a rebate for Verified Proof of Spaying her. I will check personal and veterinary refferencs and will verify spaying.
Princess is a sweetheart who is very quiet. She is more of a loner than any other of my dogs. Her favorite spot in our house is the center of the back of the couch. She enjoys basking in the sun while taking in the scents of a warm summer breeze. Princess also enjoys sleeping in my son's bed and has to have her own pillow because she doesn't share very well. Although she is usually quite reserved, she does on occasion show her "puppy" side and rip up and down the halls with the rest of my dogs. Princess doesn't like to wear clothes nor does she enjoy the Chihuahua meet-ups we attend. She just plants herself and watches the world go by her. I think this stems from changing homes so many times, and hopefully, someday, she will feel secure enough to not think she is being re-homed every time we take her someplace or pull out a camera. Princess loves grooming or any one on one attention for that matter.
Princess has small litters of 2 or 3 puppies who (so far) have weighed in at 3 to 4 lbs 8 oz at one year old. Princess is very funny with her pups. She romps and plays with them like she is their equal. Her puppies tend to mature very slowly and have been ready for their new homes after 14 weeks of age. Princess can be bred for her next litter any time after 04/30/2008.
