Payment Plan Policy:
 
     A non-refundable deposit of at least $300 will hold a puppy for an approved home for at least ninety (90) days or until all agreed upon payments have been received by the seller. Under certain circumstanses, this deposit can be transferable. As a policy, payments of not less than $100 must be paid toward your purchase agreement, by the tenth (10th) day of each month, or this payment plan will be considered in default. Payment plans are available to qualified buyers, if seller agrees to the payment terms, at the set price only. If you want to make an offer which is below the base price, no payment plan is offered.
 
     When the base price is paid (for long coats, please be sure to add $300 to the base price,) and the puppy is ready for his / her new home; you are welcome to come pick up your pup, or we can arrange for the shipping of your puppy, at your expense. I will arrange the details of shipping but, will not take the pup to the vet for its health certificate, or to the airport, until all costs are pre-paid, in addition to the base price of the puppy.
 
Payment Options:
 
     You have the option of paying only for the puppy at the base price plus shipping, or you can upgrade your purchase to include the Limited or Full AKC registration papers. Limited Registration means that the dog is registered but, no litters produced by that dog are eligible for registration. A dog that has full registration with the AKC is eligible to participate in many of the 20,000 events offered by the AKC and its affiliated clubs each year (some events are breed-specific) and is qualified to have registered puppy litters.
 
     All AKC documentation will be retained by the seller until all fees have been paid in full. You will have up to one year to purchase the AKC Documentation of your choice before the litter record for your puppy will become archived, making room for the new year. I am not saying you can't upgrade after a year; it just won't be as speedy of a delivery, and additional fees may apply.

     Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Paypal are all acceptable methods of payment. Underfoot Kennels will hold all puppies until all funds have cleared the bank.
 
Seller Reserves the Right to make changes to this pricing schedule at the sellers discretion. For this reason some puppies may be advertised as higher or lower than the base prices listed above.
